Sometimes we can get very nice things out of nothing. Quilling is a decorative craftwork in which a material such as glass, fabric, or paper is formed into small bands or rolls that form the basis of a design. It doesn't demand big expenses. This time we will need bobbins from toilet paper, 4 photo frames, 5 wooden laths, PVA adhesive, cardboard, scissors and spray can of white.
Glue the frames to the laths, decorate it like shown on the pictures below and then colour it with wtite spray can.
